- We send you an answer if you order can be done. If yes we send you PROFORMA Invoice (pre paid system) and ask you to pay
money to our bank account.
- After the payment is made the delivery process.

- We guarantee the best quality of our products, we only use carefully selected, natural Baltic amber pieces in production process.
- We only use silver 925, each product is stamped to identify what kind of metal was used during manufacturing process.
Return and exchange policy
- Each product is carefully examined for any defects it is sent out. We are aware the accidents may happen during the transport process, for instance. For this reason, we offer to exchange the defected item within 14 days after it is received.
